i think he was killed because, the "Suicide note" was to his fans about him leaving the band..and if you read it, it said nothing about him killing himself or anything! the last four lines that made it sound like a Suicide note weren't even his writing if your compared it. About a couple weeks before Courtney found out that Kurt was going throught with a divorce. So i think that she was pissed and got someone to do it for her. There was no real investigation because of the note. They never checked for finger prints and when they did they didn't find ANY! If he had shot himslef his fingerprints would have been on the gun..So someone had to wipe the gun down.
